IR Absorbing Paint / Ink
Our IRP1 IR Absorbing Paint / Ink is an excellent choice for marking a light colored surface with a lasting mark that is near invisible to the human eye. The IRP1 has a Blue Wool Index of 7 which means it is extremely stable to fading in sunlight; it is expected to last over 100 years exposed to normal sunlight. If you want to make the ink virtually invisible, you can match the slight green tint of the ink to the object being painted or dilute the ink with our PT Extender enough to make the ink completely invisible yet. You can use our IRP1 Extender to dilute the IRP1 ink as necessary.
